CANCELLATION POLICY

  • First cancellation fee: $25, up to May 30
  • Second fee: $225 fee, May 31-June 30 (this is half the RPO subscriber rate)
  • Third fee: $100, July 1-July 8
  • Less than 7 days before the event or no-show: No refund

The Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel is a historic property located in the heart of downtown Des Moines. It’s connected to the Des Moines Skywalk system, providing easy access to local attractions such as the Iowa Events Center, Court Avenue Entertainment District, and the State Capitol. Weather in Des Moines

Expect July temperatures to range from the mid-60s in the morning to high-80s during the day. Please pack for warm weather and bring a light sweater for indoor meeting spaces, which may be cool.

Registration will be located near the meeting rooms on the hotel’s 2nd level outside of the Savery Ballroom.

  • Thursday, July 17 – Morning coffee and full breakfast buffet provided before conference ends at 11 a.m.
