Through the Economic Development District Community of Practice (EDD CoP), the NADO Research Foundation is forming small groups (4-5 people) of EDD staff who manage their region’s CEDS.

Through the EDD Community of Practice, NADO Research Foundation is seeking Experienced Executive Directors (those who have been in the role at least 7 years) to serve as Mentors and New Executive Directors (those who have been in the role no more than 5 years) to serve as Mentees. This one-year program aims to help new Executive Directors address the challenges facing their organizations and regions by connecting with experienced RDO leaders.
