Through the Economic Development District Community of Practice (EDD CoP), the NADO Mentor Program pairs experienced EDD Executive Directors with new Executive Directors to facilitate knowledge and information sharing across the national network of EDDs. These pairings provide valuable organizational and personal development for new EDD Executive Directors.
If you have been the executive director of an EDD for seven years or more and are interested in being a mentor, please apply here.
If you have been the executive director of an EDD for five years or less and are interested in being a mentee, please apply here.
Pairings will be made based on the preference of both mentor and mentee, including meeting cadences so as to best fit the schedules of both mentor and mentee. These pairings will last from July 13 to June 31, 2027.
Through the EDD CoP we are able to provide a $500 stipend to compensate them for their personal time spent on this program.
