Through the Economic Development District Community of Practice, the NADO Research Foundation hosted a presentation from Brian Larkin, Director of the National Land Bank Network at the Center for Community Progress. Larkin discussed the state of land banks in the country and gave an overview of helpful information on starting up a regional land bank.
