Rural wealth creation is an approach to community and economic development that is demand-driven, focusing on market opportunities that capitalize on a community‚Äôs existing assets or underutilized resources.  Wealth creation is intentionally inclusive, building lasting livelihoods for those who may not have been at the table before, and it supports local ownership and control of assets. This evaluation framework, developed by real-world practitioners, describes a series of indicators for measuring wealth creation impacts.
