Getting Started in Regional Energy and Fuels Planning: Sharing the Land-of-Sky Experience

This report examines how the Land-of-Sky Regional Council in Asheville, North Carolina worked with its local governments and other partners to design a framework for a regional clean energy and alternative fuels planning and business development project. The report was released in December 2007.
