Economic Development Districts (EDDs) across the country are facing the challenge of quick turnover in their entry level positions. This is leading to gaps in organizational leadership at both middle and upper levels. There are steps that EDDs can take to attract and retain talented staff. Between March and September of 2024, NADO managed the Collaborative Learning Group (CLG) as part of the Economic Development District Community of Practice (EDD CoP). This program provided several insights for how EDDs can build a resilient internal workforce. This webinar discussed how EDDs can grow resilient internal workforces while they work to build resilient regions.
