A Time for Action: Regional Efforts to Mitigate Climate Change

This report, released in February 2010, highlights the unique role that regional development organizations play in climate change mitigation, providing case studies that feature regional organizations that have already made their mark in this area. Feature regional organizations include Southwest Florida Regional Planning Commission, Northwest Michigan Council of Governments and Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission in New Hampshire.
