2025 NADO Board of Directors Summer Meeting

The NADO Board of Directors is comprised of Executive Directors and staff of regional development organizations throughout the United States. Approximately 65 board members come to participate in the summer board meeting where they convene about NADO’s strategic plan for the organization.

When to Arrive

  • NADO Executive Committee Members:
    • Arrive at the hotel no later than Sunday night (06/01) or Monday (06/02) by 12 noon.
  • Golf Tournament Participants:
    • Arrive at the hotel no later than Monday evening (06/02).
  • All Board Members:
    • Arrive at the hotel in time for a 6:00 p.m. reception on Tuesday evening (06/03).
Note: On Tuesday, June 3, Board Members will have the option to participate in the golf tournament. Participation is optional. Board members who do not wish to participate do not need to arrive at the hotel until the afternoon of Tuesday, June 3.

The reservation cut-off deadline has been extended until May 12, 2025*
*This room rate is guaranteed until May 12. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability. Additionally, this rate applies only until our reserved room block is full, which could happen prior to May 12. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible to secure this rate.
 
The hotel is accepting reservations for our group beginning in March 2025.

PHONE:  Guests can call a Hotel Reservations Agent directly at 401-421-0700 and choose Option 2 (new reservations), open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and use the group code when speaking with the reservations agent.

Parking: Self-parking is available at the Biltmore Garage, located just next to the hotel. This parking garage is not owned or managed by Graduate Providence, and pricing is subject to change. Currently, the cost is $34 per car, per night. This fee can be added to your guest room charges and paid upon check out.

    Executive Committee Meeting and Dinner (officers only)

  • Tuesday, June 3
    3rd Annual Golf Tournament (optional event)
    Welcome Reception, 6-8 p.m.

  • Wednesday, June 4
    Board Meeting – DAY 1 (all board members)
    All day meeting includes coffee, lunch, reception and full plated dinner

  • Thursday, June 5
    Board Meeting – DAY 2 (all board members)
    All day meeting includes lunch and closing reception ending at 6 p.m.
