This NADO report, released in August 2009, showcases the efforts of the state’s seven Local Development Districts, along with state and local partners (including Penn State University), to plan and implement new energy efficiency and conservation initiatives. The report also highlights work of the EDA-designated Regional Economic Development District Initiatives (REDDI) of South-Central Pennsylvania. Special thanks to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for support of NADO’s Center for Environmental Stewardship and Regional Development.
