$5,520 - $6,711/Monthly*

Currently, the CDC seeks to hire two experienced individuals who have knowledge of tenant/landlord relations and Fair Housing laws and best practices, are compassionate, and want to actively help individuals and families gain access to affordable housing. Possession of a valid class C or higher driver's license is required for this position because the Housing Negotiator-Inspector position conducts a considerable amount of fieldwork which requires driving County vehicles.
