Description
The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission is seeking qualified professional planning and consulting firms for a five-year, open-end contract for transportation planning, community and economic development, GIS, data analysis, public engagement, and related professional services.
The contract will support the North Central Pennsylvania Rural Planning Organization (RPO) and other Commission planning and program activities, including regional, county, and local initiatives throughout North Central's six-county service area of Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter Counties.
Potential assignments may include long-range and multimodal transportation planning, corridor and safety studies, human service transportation coordination, GIS and data analysis, public engagement, economic development and accessibility analysis, and related planning and technical assistance.
