Exit the airport onto I-29 South. Go approximately 18 miles and merge onto US-71 South. Follow US-71 South for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit for Emanuel Cleaver II blvd/Swope Parkway. Turn right on Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. Go approximately 1.5 miles and turn right on Main Street. Proceed to 45th and Main Street. The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza main entrance will be on the right immediately after crossing 45th Street.

The forum will be held July 21-22, 2022 immediately following the 2022 National Regional Transportation Conference (which is also a program of the NADO Research Foundation).
The Forum will officially begin at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, with a joint session with the Regional Transportation Conference that will feature the KC Rising Partnership for inclusive programs.
Attendees may also participate in one of two sessions earlier that morning: Data for Regional Planning: Challenges, Opportunities, and Resources, or Positioning Your RDO/RPO for Future Opportunities.
Topics to be covered during the Forum will include positioning EDDs for success, organizational capacity building, strengthening economic resilience, fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems, data usage and more.
The Forum will conclude at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22. Time has been built into the agenda for peer-to-peer networking, including during a lunch on Thursday and a breakfast on Friday.
