In recognition of the growing number of new executive directors of Regional Development Organizations (RDOs) during the past few years, NADO has teamed up with the Southeast Regional Directors Institute (SERDI), the Development District Association of Appalachia (DDAA), the Delta Regional Authority (DRA), and the Southwest Region Executive Directors Association (SWREDA) to conduct the first ever national training program for new RDO Executive Directors.  The training will occur May 15 – 17 at the Grand Hotel (http://www NULL.marriott NULL.com/hotels/travel/ptlal-grand-hotel-marriott-resort-golf-club-and-spa/) in Point Clear, Alabama, prior to SERDI’s annual conference.

This new and comprehensive training program is designed for new (three years or less) executive directors; training topics will include leading a regional development organization, getting into the business, your board and your owners, personnel, finance, marketing, and much more.

Registration and more information will be coming soon. For additional questions, please contact NADO Executive Director Joe McKinney at [email protected] (jmckinney null@null nado NULL.org) or 202.624.5947.
