President Obama to Release Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Request on February 2nd; NADO to Hold Budget Webinar on February 11

President Obama will release his fiscal year (FY) 2016 budget request to Congress on February 2nd.  The proposal is expected to call for a 7 percent increase in discretionary spending over sequestration levels, with $530 billion for non-defense (an increase of $37 billion over the spending caps) and $561 for defense (an increase of $38 billion over the spending caps).
