On October 18 – 20, NADO Executive Director Joe McKinney and Associate Director Carrie Kissel participated in the Arizona Rural Transportation Summit (https://www NULL.azrts NULL.org/) in Prescott, Arizona. The summit was hosted by the Northern Arizona Council of Governments and brought together over 270 transportation professionals, local government officials, state legislators, and other stakeholders in the council of governments rural transportation planning process and small metropolitan planning organizations. McKinney provided the presentation Washington Update (https://www NULL.slideshare NULL.net/nado-web/washington-update-81195006) during the plenary session “Happenings on the Hill,” while Kissel provided the presentation Innovative Transportation Trends in Rural America (https://www NULL.slideshare NULL.net/nado-web/innovative-transportation-trends-in-rural-america).
