Learning Lab: Building Economic Resilience – One Business at a Time

Regional Development Organizations can play a critical role in strengthening the economic resilience of a region by helping small and medium-sized businesses be better prepared to withstand and bounce back from disasters.  At NADO’s Annual Training Conference, this learning lab walked attendees through an interactive exercise displayiing the short and long-term recovery obstacles businesses face and showcased some exciting examples of business disaster planning and main street economic resilience work.
