
Description
The Director of Covenant Administration plans, organizes, and directs the operations of the department. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for deed restriction administration, monitoring and enforcement of residential and commercial covenants on properties for violations, overseeing property standards and issuance of permits, as well as ensuring that property maintenance aligns with neighborhood standards. These covenants are designed to encourage environmental excellence, preserve the design integrity and architectural quality of homes, prevent neighborhood deterioration due to unregulated construction and property use, as well as uphold property values.
