On July 10, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies approved its FY2014 funding bill. The bill totals $47.4 billion for FY2014, which is $2.8 billion above the FY2013 enacted level. The legislation provides $221 million in funding for the Economic Development Administration (EDA) for FY2014, which is level with the FY2013 enacted level.
