This week the House Appropriations Committee approved by voice vote the first of its fiscal year (FY) 2015 spending bills: the Military Construction/Veteran’s Affairs Appropriations bill and Legislative Branch Appropriations bill. The committee plans to move forward with consideration of additional spending bills after the spring recess and once final allocations for each spending bill have been provided by the Congressional Budget Office.
