Brett Schwartz
Program Manager
Brett Schwartz serves as a program manager and leads the NADO Research Foundation’s sustainable communities capacity building and training program for rural communities and small towns.  Brett supports this work by organizing trainings, peer exchanges, and workshops and by developing webinars, publications, and other resources covering regional planning, asset-based economic development, entrepreneurship, community engagement, and other areas.  Brett is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where he focused on land use issues. He also holds degrees from Georgetown University and Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.
