Administration and Operations

Matthew Chase, Executive Director, is the chief executive officer of NADO and the NADO Research Foundation. email: mchase@nado.org.

Vicki L. Glass, CMP, Director of Meetings and Membership, is responsible for planning and on-site execution for the association's conferences, meetings, training workshops and other events. She coordinates the association's membership activities. email: vglass@nado.org

Tawanna Harley, Project Coordinator, is responsible for database maintenance, conference registration and special projects. email: tharley@nado.org

Jason Boehlert, Director of Legislative Affairs, is responsible for advocating, monitoring, and reporting on priority issues including economic development, transportation and USDA rural development. He is responsible for the production of NADO News and the content of the Washington Policy Conference. email: jboehlert@nado.org.

Amy Linehan, Legislative Representative, is responsible for advocating, monitoring, and reporting on priority issues including federal-state regional commissions, homeland security and emergency management, and rural development. She assists in the production of NADO News and the Washington Policy Conference. email: alinehan@nado.org.

Geoffrey Gleason, Government Relations Consultant, provides high-level strategic advice and counsel to the association's leadership. Geoff is the Director of Cyber Security Research Consultants, a firm associated with The Livingston Group. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff for Rep. Gerald Solomon, former chair of the House Rules Committee, and Associate Director for Rep. Frank Wolf, chair of the House Commerce-Justice-State Appropriations subcommittee.

Laurie Thompson, Director of Programs, directs Foundation projects including the Economic Development Finance Service (EDFS), Economic Development Digest, Rural Brownfields Project and the Annual Training Conference.

Zanetta Doyle, Communications Manager, is responsible for the planning, research, writing, editing and desktop publishing of the NADO Research Foundation’s monthly newsletter, Regional Development Digest. She also assists with the production of other NADO publications. email zdoyle@nado.org.

Kelly Novak, Research Manager, is responsible for managing all research projects of the NADO Research Foundation, managing the Rural Brownfields Project, coordinating the annual Innovation Award Program, researching and writing articles for our various publications, responding to member inquiries, and preparing special issue reports. email: knovak@nado.org
