The NADO Research Foundation has released the 2002 NADO
Membership Salary Survey. The report contains median

ARC Telecommunications Study
The Appalachian Regional Commission has released Links to
the Future: The Role of Information and Telecommunications
Technology in Appalachian Economic Development.
Researched by University of Texas professors Sharon
Strover and Michael Oden, the study provides a detailed
regional analysis of telecommunications barriers and
opportunities. It incorporates data from the Federal
Communications Commission, a review of state regulatory
policies, interviews with service providers and local
case studies.
