Description
We seek a candidate that has an established and respected reputation in the field of economic development. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder that successfully develops collaborative partnerships. The Program Manager is a clear thinker that demonstrates competencies in business development and marketing and promoting the community’s vision.
This position will raise the city’s economic development profile and focus on retaining existing businesses and bringing industrial and retail business to Tualatin. The new Program Manager will ensure a general ease of doing business with the City by identifying process and operational improvements and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications needed: 5 years of professional experience in local or regional economic development, planning, commercial real estate, community development, marketing, business development and leading economic development projects. A Bachelors degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience is desired.
